Ridhi is the Founder and Consulting Actuary at Arka Actuaries. She is a Qualified Actuary from Institute of Actuaries of India and Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK and holds Certificate of Practice (COP) in “Life Insurance” and “Pension and Other Employee Benefits” in India.

Carrying an actuarial work experience of over 17 years, she has extensively worked in areas such Prophet Modelling, Solvency II, IFR7 17 Implementation, Risk Management, Asset Liability Management, Indian Statutory Valuation,  Embedded Value, Experience Analysis and Assumption Setting.

Prior to founding Arka Actuaries, she held a number of senior positions including: 

• Director Actuarial at Metlife
• Head Actuarial Modelling at Reliance Life
• Deputy Vice President Actuarial at Aviva Life 
• Senior Actuarial Consultant at Willis Tower Watson
